Using the Reports
Any pages that have been removed or unpublished drafts that have been deleted are available to review and restore in the Retired Versions Report and the Deleted Drafts Report. While each report grants access to a different type of removed page, they function in much the same way.
These reports can be accessed under Administration > Version Control by users that have the View Audit of Retired Pages right.
Each row will display a page or draft that has been removed from the Site, along with information about that version of the page. The columns along the top of the report allow the use of filters to find specific filters. Refer to this help article for more information on using column filters.
Viewing Retired Pages or Deleted Drafts

Users with the View Audit of Retired Pages can also review Deleted Drafts and Retired Pages. To view a retired page or deleted draft, simply click on its Page Title.
In this historical view, the contents of the removed page can be reviewed, and compared to other previous versions of the page.
To track changes between different versions…
- Toggle track changes on.
- Select the version you would like to compare against
These pages can also be instantly restored to a Live state. To do so, click the Restore as Live button.
