Ondexx allows Super Admins to adjust the amount of time a user can be inactive before they “timeout” and are automatically logged out of the instance. This can be as low as 20 minutes, or as high as 8 hours.
Optionally, custom timeouts can be set by domain. This allows specific timeouts to be set for users with different email address domains. For example, users with “@ondexx.com” email address could timeout after 2 hours, but other users would timeout after the default 40 minutes.
Changing the default session timeout

Session Timeout settings are available to Super Admins in Configuration > Application Settings under the Session Timeout heading.
The Default Session Timeout value can be changed to any value between 20 and 480 minutes.
After making your changes, click SAVE at the bottom of the page.
Using domain-based session timeout
Ondexx allows a custom session timeout to be set based on user domain, overriding the default session timeout.
Super Admins can view these settings in Configuration > Application Settings under the Session Timeout by turning “Override default timeout duration by domain” on.
To set a user domain-based session timeout, enter the name of the user domain you would like to have a different timeout than default, and enter the timeout in minutes. Then click the + button to add the custom timeout. You can also edit and remove existing custom timeouts with the pencil and trash icons.
When you have finished making changes, click SAVE at the bottom of the page.
