How to login to Ondexx

Ondexx has two different ways to login: Single Sign-On (or SSO) and Forms-based authentication. Most accounts will use only one of these forms of authentication, though certain users may have access to both.
After logging in, you will be taken to the instance Dashboard if you have access to multiple sites, or to the Site Home Page if you have access to only one site.
Single Sign-On
Single Sign-On allows a user to securely log on to Ondexx using the same system used by their organization. Depending on how your organization is set up, this could be your email address, or SAML Name ID (formerly called “Employee ID”).
To log in with SSO, click the Single Sign-On button. You may be prompted to log in to your company’s internal access system, after which you will be logged in to your Ondexx account.
Forms-based authentication
Forms-based authentication consists of a username and password tied to your Ondexx account. If you use forms-based authentication, simply enter your username and password and click Sign In.
In the event you have forgotten your username or password, click “Forgot Username or Password?” and enter the email address associated with your account. More information can be found here: How do I change my password?

Navigating sites

Ondexx instances are made up of Sites, which are individual areas with their own content, settings, and users. Almost all of the work you do in Ondexx will be done inside of sites.
Sites are made with a set structure that is always consistent, using Modules, Chapters, and Pages. This allows content to be logically grouped together. More information on this structure can be found in this article: The Structure of Ondexx Sites
You will most often navigate sites using Ondexx’s powerful search. For more information on using search, please refer to this guide: How to search in Ondexx
The site structure can be navigated manually using the Navigation Bar at the top of the page. Simply click on the relevant Modules and Chapters to find the page you are looking for.

On the home page, widgets will automatically list pages you visited recently, pages you visit often, and the most popular pages in the site. These can be used to quickly navigate to pages you will likely need to visit.
