All Ondexx accounts are tied to an email address. Depending on your organization, your email address may control your ability to log in with the Single Sign-On button.
Because of this, if you log in with Single Sign-On, only a User Admin or Super Admin can edit your email.
If use Forms-based authentication, follow the instructions below to change your email address:
- Navigate to the landing page of your Ondexx instance, and log in.
- Navigate to your Ondexx profile by clicking (Your Name) > Edit Profile in the top right corner.
- Under Identification, you will find the Email Address field. Replace its contents with your new email address, and click Update Profile.
- You have successfully updated your email address.
Note: You will be required to reset your password after making this change. You will receive an email with a password reset link.
