Using Ondexx Reports

Ondexx is equipped with many different reports that compile information about a Site’s content and user activity. These reports can be filtered on, and exported as Excel spreadsheets.

Reports can be found under Administration > Reports, and can be accessed by users with the View Reports right.

Using Ondexx Reports

Many Ondexx reports are as simple to use as navigating to the report itself. However, certain Ondexx reports will require you to make a selection to run the report. In most cases, you will need to specify a Date Range for the report to be run on, however, you may need to specify a User, Module or Chapter, and/or Role or Group.

All Ondexx Reports can be exported as excel spreadsheets. This can be done by clicking the spreadsheet icon at the top left of the grid.

If for any reason you want to reload the content of the report, you can do so by clicking the refresh button on the top left of the grid.
