The Structure of Ondexx

Ondexx Sites use a set, three level structure for content. These levels are called Modules, Chapters, and Pages. This efficient structure is the same for all Sites, so regardless of a user’s familiarity with a specific Site, they will always know how best to navigate.

Modules are the topmost level of Ondexx Sites, and appear in the Navigation Bar. Modules are a simple list of the chapters contained within them.

Chapters are the middle level of Ondexx Sites, and appear when hovering over a Module in the Navigation Bar, or inside a Module’s dedicated page. Chapters are a simple list of the pages contained within them.

Pages are the final level of Ondexx Sites, and are where information lives. Pages appear in a Chapter’s dedicated page, however, they are more often navigated to via Search.

Pages are comprised of many different elements, including properties and attributes, but of particular note are Page Components. These can be thought of as the high-level headings of a page, and contain content. As they contain the content of Pages, Page Components need to be added to Pages, or else it will be empty.
