If you are having trouble accessing or using an Ondexx instance, it may be that your organization is blocking key internet-based resources that Ondexx relies upon.
Most organizations have a process for approving traffic to and from specific sites. We recommend contacting your internal Help Desk and requesting your IT/Networking Team allow traffic from the domains below. This is commonly known as “whitelisting.”
Whitelisting
To ensure that all Ondexx functionality will work, ensure that your organization allows traffic from the following domains:
- cdnjs.cloudflare.com
- cdn.jsdelivr.net
- kendo.cdn.telerik.com
- s3.amazonaws.com
- api.ondexx.net
- cdn.ondexx.net
- cdn1.ondexx.net
- cdn2.ondexx.net
- cdn3.ondexx.net
- images.ondexx.net
- *.ondexx.net (or alternatively your specific Ondexx domain)
- Any custom domains created for your Ondexx instance (e.g. demo.ondexx.com)
Third-party Cookies
Ondexx requires that third-party cookies be enabled, and you must accept them for Ondexx to function properly. Third-party cookies are typically enabled by default in all major browsers. However, large enterprises sometimes set corporate security policies that block third-party cookies.
