How do I update my email address?

All Ondexx accounts are tied to an email address. Depending on your organization, your email address may control your ability to log in with the Single Sign-On button.

Because of this, if you log in with Single Sign-On, only a User Admin or Super Admin can edit your email.

If use Forms-based authentication, follow the instructions below to change your email address:

  1. Navigate to the landing page of your Ondexx instance, and log in.
  1. Navigate to your Ondexx profile by clicking (Your Name) > Edit Profile in the top right corner.
  2. Under Identification, you will find the Email Address field. Replace its contents with your new email address, and click Update Profile.
  1. You have successfully updated your email address.

Note: You will be required to reset your password after making this change. You will receive an email with a password reset link.
