How do I change my password?

Your account’s password can be reset at any time from the landing page of the Ondexx instance, so long as you use a forms-based username and password.

Depending on your organization, your account may use Single Sign-on instead of forms-based authentication, i.e. you click the “Single Sign-on” button to log in. Please reach out internally for assistance logging in with Single Sign-on if you are experiencing issues.

Follow the instructions below to reset your account password.

  1. Go to the landing page of your Ondexx instance, and click “Forgot Username or Password?” below the Sign In button.
  1. Enter the email address tied to your account, and click “Reset Login.”
  1. You will receive an email at the address you entered. Make a note of your username and click the Reset Password button.
  2. Enter your new password in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields and click Submit. Keep in mind, your password must be 8 characters or more, contain at least one number, and have no spaces.
  1. Your password has successfully been changed. You should now be able to log in with your username and new password.
