When creating new Modules, Chapters, or Pages, you have the option to duplicate an existing Module, Chapter, or Page, rather than start entirely from scratch. For Modules and Chapters, this will duplicate each containing page as an unpublished draft, using the content of the most recent published version. Duplicating an individual page will follow the same rule.
Additionally, users can duplicate pages across Sites to which they have access. For example, if a user is an Editor in Site A and Site B, they can copy a page from Site A to Site B, or vice versa.
To duplicate a Module, Chapter, or Page…
- Click Add New > Module/Chapter/Page
- Enter the desired information for the new item as normal
- Select Duplicate Existing Module/Chapter/Page
- Select the Site in which the item you would like to duplicate is located.
- Select the item which you would like to duplicate.
- Click Save Settings, Save, or Create.
