Frictionless Drill-Down
Dive deep into modules and chapters instantly. We’ve eliminated disruptive full-page reloads from the navigation process, allowing you to seamlessly explore the content hierarchy and jump between modules and chapters with zero friction.
- Choose how you want to navigate: Drill-down visually through the site map or view an organized lists of chapters and pages.
Seamless Browsing
You can toggle between traditional single-column views and a new multi-column interface. Explore Modules, Chapters, and Pages side-by-side in a cascading view, allowing you to drill down into content without ever losing your broader context.
In-Menu Search and Filtering
Instantly locate what you need without leaving your current view. You can now search the sitemap in real time to pinpoint specific pages by title, or instantly apply a label filter to surface a targeted group of pages within your current chapter.
Next-Generation Search (NGS)
Search is the heart of any knowledge management system. Ondexx 6.0 introduces Next-Gen Search, powered by AI, to ensure you find exactly what you need, exactly when you need it.

Intent-Driven Search
Ondexx now understands the true meaning behind your queries. Next-Generation Search automatically separates your results into two sections:
- (NEW) Ondexx Suggestions: Returns results based on the meaning of your search using semantic AI.
- Search Results: Returns literal term matches for when you need to find an exact keyword or phrase.
Full-Sized Search
Search now lives in a dedicated, full-sized modal window. This expanded view gives you the space to review results, apply filters, and explore AI suggestions without leaving your underlying workspace.
- Speak to Search: You can now use voice-to-text to search completely hands-free.
Faceted Filtering
Refine large result pools in a variety of ways. Filter your results by placement (Titles vs. Keywords) or by structural arrangement (Labels, Modules, Chapters, or specific File/Page Types).
